Return and Refund Policy

Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, uninstalled, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@rbsoundaudio.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you shipping instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Products showing signs of installation, use, or electrical connection
Products damaged by overpowering, reversed polarity, or improper installation
Diaphragms and replacement parts once installed
Special-order products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
