Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
How to Track Your Order
1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation message from R&B SOUND.
2. Locate your tracking number in that email.
3. Enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to see the current status of your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the assigned carrier.
Please allow up to 24 hours from when you received the shipping email for the status to update in the carrier's system.
Processing Times
We prepare and dispatch orders within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET). Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Check your spam or junk folder.
Verify that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
If the issue persists, contact us and we'll assist you right away.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@rbsoundaudio.com with photos and your tracking number. We'll file the claim with the carrier and get it resolved.
